Westview Real Estate

The Westview subdivision is located northwest of the downtown Cambridge core and south of the Dumfries Conservation area, Coronation Boulevard and the Grand River. Westview refers to the western end of the Blair Road area. The subdivision is mostly residential with the occasional park and school nearby. The majority of houses in Westview are two-storey, detached single-family properties. There are some single-storey options in the subdivision, but much fewer. There are also some row-style condo units located off of Bismark Drive.

Residents of Westview enjoy a quiet, residential escape from the bustle of central Cambridge. There are nearby schools, parks and no shortage of trails to explore both the forested area to the south of Westview or the banks of the Grand River to the north. The nearest commercial area to Westview can be found in central Cambridge to the east and north along Hespeler Road or south into the downtown Cambridge core.
