Alison Real Estate
The Alison area is located north and east of Dundas Street, south of Clyde Road and the train tracks and west of Franklin Boulevard. The area is centered around Alison Avenue which connects to Elgin Street on the west end of the neighbourhood and Hilltop Drive in the south. Alison is northeast of East Galt and southwest of the Shade’s Mills Conservation Area. Houses in Alison are mostly detached single-storey properties. Alongside the tree-lined streets of bungalows, there is the occasional split-level property or two-story row-style condo and apartment building. There are options in Alison for home-owners, renters and those looking to rent out investment properties. The residential core of the neighbourhood is surrounded by commercial properties along Dundas Street to the north and Franklin Boulevard to the east.
Residents of Alison have access to many of Cambridge’s conveniences just outside of the residential area of the neighbourhood. At the heart of the residential streets, the neighbourhood enjoys Vardon Park as its community park.
