Victoria is an area at the south end of the larger Brantford neighbourhood of East Ward.

East Ward is bound by Iroquois Park to the east, the Mohawk Canal and Greenwich Street to the south and Clarence Street South to the west. The specific area of Victoria begins at Victoria Street. The boundaries expand northward over the residential areas and sometimes include Colborne Street and Dalhousie Street to the north. This area of East Ward has older homes in a mixture of bungalow and two-storey floor plans. Most properties in Victoria are detached and are on narrow, nearby lots.
Residents of this centrally located area have plenty of shopping options all around the subdivision. There are great restaurants, cafés and local businesses all along Dalhousie and Colborne Street. Others include the Downtown Core and Icomm Market to the west. There are a good number of parks too and further south, residents have access to the Mohawk Canal and Shallow Creek Park and Trail.
