Kinnard Brantford

Sometimes, Kinnard is considered within the larger boundaries of northern West Brant. The Kinnard area is centered around Kinnard Road, located north of Colborne Street West and south of the Grand River. Other major landmarks around the neighbourhood include the Brant Conservation area to the north, the D’Aubigny Creek Park to the east and the Brantford Municipal airport to the west. This small subdivision is entirely residential. The majority of properties are detached, single family homes. There are bungalows, split-levels and some two-storey floor plans available in the area.

The Kinnard area is a pleasant distance from the core of Brantford. It is just close enough to rural areas that residents enjoy quieter streets, but not too far from convenient city businesses. Colborne Street West to the south of Kinnard and the Colborne Common Shopping Centre at the Veterans Memorial Parkway are the main commercial areas around Kinnard. The subdivision also has its own park and playground in the centre of the area called Pleasant Ridge Park.
