Terrace Hill Brantford
The neighbourhood is directly bound by the 403 to the north, West Street to the east, the CN Dundas tracks to the south, and St. Paul Avenue and King George Street to the west. Terrace Hill is an older neighbourhood, filled with lovely brick exteriors, larger tree-lined streets, and mature communities. For residents on the northern end of the neighbourhood, access to the 403 is a big boost in overall convenience. Houses in Terrace Hill are mostly detached styles, but newer development is introducing row-style townhouses and condos to the neighbourhood.
Living in Terrace Hill brings residents close to plenty of great community amenities. Between King George Street, St. Paul Avenue, and Charing Cross Street, there are plenty of stores, restaurants, and services to effectively serve the community. In addition, the south end of the neighbourhood has many public parks and playgrounds as well as the Brantford General Hospital.
