St. Andrews Brantford
St. Andrews is a small subdivision in the area of Brantford between Henderson and the northernmost section of West Brant. It is north of the Grand River and the SC Johnson Trail and south of the 403. The St. Andrews area refers to the residential development along St. Andrews Drive which runs north of Hardy Road. It also includes Cherry Hill Lane and Prestwick Place. Most of the houses along St. Andrews Drive are detached properties with wide, spacious lots and large floor plans. There are a series of row-style condos at the corner of St. Andrews Drive and Hardy Road.
Residents of St. Andrews have quick access to the 403 by Paris Road to the east of the subdivision. There are schools, services, shops and restaurants located outside of St. Andrews in nearby Henderson.
