Sky Acres is a further subdivision of Brantford’s Henderson neighbourhood. It is located on the northwestern side of the neighbourhood.

The subdivision is roughly defined by the span of Sky Acres Drive. It includes the area north of Queensway Drive, east of Paris Road, south of Toll Gate Road and west of Hillier Crescent. The houses along Sky Acres Drive are mostly detached properties. There is a variety of floor plans from bungalows, to split-level and two-floor options, too.
Sky Acres’ location keeps many of Henderson’s best amenities close at hand. Along Paris Road, commuters can access the 403 to the north as well as restaurants and services to the south. There is also the large Spring Gardens Park further east into the neighbourhood
