Salisbury Real Estate

The Salisbury area is centered around Salisbury Avenue in central west Cambridge - sometimes known as West Galt. The subdivision is located north of Cedar Street, south of Blenheim Road and west of Southgate Road. This purely residential subdivision was developed more recently within the last 10 years. Houses in the Salisbury subdivision are mostly detached properties with two-storey floor plans. There are occasionally bungalow-style floor plans available in the subdivision, but not as many. In newer subdivisions like Salisbury, the lots tend to be long and narrow with a small distance between neighbouring houses.

Residents of Salisbury live in a residential pocket of Cambridge. They have access to nearby amenities along Cedar Street to the south and further east along Salisbury Avenue as it heads into the core of the city. The local businesses of downtown Cambridge are less than a 10 minute drive away.
