Preston Heights Real Estate
The Preston Heights area is one of the westernmost neighbourhoods in Cambridge. This makes it a great choice for commuters to Kitchener-Waterloo. Preston Heights is located along where the Speed River and the Grand River meet. The Speed River forms the neighbourhood’s eastern border while the Grand River forms the southern and western borders. To the north, Preston Heights is bound by the 401. Homes in Preston Heights are usually detached, single-family properties. There are a variety of floor plans available including two-storey, bungalow and split-level plans. There are also a range of condo unit options found throughout the neighbourhood. Preston Heights has some newer housing development on its western side as well featuring homes completed within the last 5 years.
Living in Preston Heights brings residents close to the 401 and access to Kitchener-Waterloo. There is a lot to appreciate about the parks, schools and community buildings available in Preston Heights, too. Preston Centre’s main downtown street is only a few minutes away down King Street and across the Speed River.
