Pleasant Ridge Brantford

This subdivision is near the neighbourhoods of Shellard Lane and West Brant, two of the westernmost neighbourhoods in the city. It is centered on Pleasant Ridge Road which runs south from Colborne Street West and is also known as Brant County Road 7. Pleasant Ridge Road continues west of Shellard Lane and even further into southwestern, rural Brantford. The properties along this road feature massive houses and even bigger lots. The properties are spacious and often have access to trails in behind.

The nearest amenities for residents of Pleasant Ridge can be found in the Shellard Lane neighbourhood. There are schools and shopping on the end of the street closer to the Veterans Memorial Parkway.
