Old West Brant Brantford

West Brant falls on the western side of the Grand River and winds opposite of Eagle Place, the downtown core and North Ward in the south and opposite of Holmedale in the north, The neighbourhood is north and east of the Shellard Lane neighbourhood, separated by the Veterans Memorial Parkway. The neighbourhood is a blend of residential streets, forests and commercial properties. West Brant has single family detached homes available as well as some row-style condo units.

West Brant is great for residents looking for shopping convenience, nearby schools, community service, and access to nature. There are clusters of restaurants and services at the intersection of Colborne Street and Mt. Pleasant Street and more shopping along Colborne Street and Shellard Lane. There are also plenty of great community parks and trails around the neighbourhood.
