North Park Brantford

This subdivision is located roughly between Fairview Drive and the 403. It includes the residential area between North Park Road and Baxter Street, the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and the commercial area and apartment buildings on the other side of Fairview Drive. The residential area has a mix of bungalows, split-level and two-floor homes, most of them are detached, single family properties. There are apartment and condominium options located north of Fairview  Drive.
