Myrtleville South Brantford

The Myrtleville South subdivision is in the southwestern corner of Mayfair. It is bound by Myrtleville Drive to the north, Balmoral Drive and Ewing Drive to the east, the 403 and Paris Road to the south, and Brantford’s western border. The area south of Myrtleville Drive is entirely residential. This side sees a mix of single-family detached properties and some semi-detached homes as well.

Myrtleville South does not have its own community park. One nearby option is Anne Good Park in Myrtleville North and another is Roswell Park across Balmoral in Mayfair. Myrtleville doesn’t have many commercial properties in the subdivision, but residents can access some of the best shopping and dining in Brantford along King George Road to the east.
