Myrtleville North Brantford

The Myrtleville subdivision is in the very western part of Mayfair. It is bound by the Brantford northern border, Balmoral Drive to the east, the 403 and Paris Road to the south and the city’s western border. Myrtleville is further divided by Myrtleville Drive which runs east and west between Balmoral Drive and the neighbourhood boundary. Myrtleville North is entirely residential. The houses in this subdivision are all single family, detached properties. Within that, there are a mix of two-storey, bungalows and split-level houses.

Myrtleville North is known for the Myrtleville House Museum, a historic farmhouse and grounds from the 1800s that runs tours. In addition, residents of Myrtleville North are close to the Anne Good community park. Nearby schools and other attractions are further east into Mayfair. This includes the Northridge Public Golf course as well.
