Mission Estates is an eastern subdivision of Brantford’s Echo Place neighbourhood.

The subdivision is loosely located north of Colborne Street East, south of Elgin Street and west of Brant County Road 18. Mission Estates is centered around Mission Road and Mission Park. It is located on the eastern end of Echo Place north of the rail line. Mission Estates is a relatively recent subdivision filled with newer properties. There are a mix of bungalow and two-storey floor plans across the variety of detached houses. There are also row-style townhouses available in the southeastern corner of Mission Estates.
Mission Estates is entirely residential, but people living there still have access to convenient amenities around the Echo Place neighbourhood. The subdivision’s park, Mission Park has fields, a playground and a covered seating area all within walking distance of Mission Road. To the south, Colborne Street East offers restaurants, shops, local businesses, schools and other parks as it heads into the city. There are other places to shop and visit in the Cainsville community further east of Mission Estates.
