Lynden Hill is a smaller subdivision of northeastern Brantford. The Lynden Hills area refers to residential streets right along the eastern border of the city.

The specific subdivision of Lynden Hills is defined by Lynden Hills Crescent which is on the east side of the larger Branlyn area. It is east of Brantwood Park Road and north of Lynden Road. One major landmark of the area is Lynden Hills Park. The area is made up of quiet, residential streets. The majority of houses in the area are detached, single family residences. In the northern end of the subdivision, some of the largest lots back onto the undeveloped rural space north of Brantford.
By way of the Wayne Gretzky Parkway, residents of Lynden Hills have access to the 403 to the south of the subdivision. Using Brantwood Park Road, residents can get to Lynden Park Mall and the shopping and dining options along Lynden Road. The northern section of the neighbourhood enjoys access to schools and several community parks.
