Lincoln Real Estate

Lincoln refers to the area roughly north of Concession Street and Main Street. It includes the section of East Galt that is east of Lincoln Avenue and west of Dundas Street. The houses in Lincoln are older and quite diverse-looking. Most of the properties are detached, but many of the houses are on long, narrow lots and are very close together. There is a mix of two-storey houses and bungalows in a variety of styles. 

Residents of Lincoln can enjoy living near downtown Cambridge without giving up that suburban mix of nature and convenience. The Lincoln subdivision and nearby areas have plenty of green thanks to the older, tree-lined streets. Comparable to the convenience of downtown Cambridge, Concession Street and Dundas Street are both primarily commercial business properties with a lot of amenities as well.
