Lansdowne Brantford
Within Holmedale, Lansdowne is the northern part of the neighbourhood, roughly marked by Lansdowne Avenue, north of SC Johnson. This residential area has a diverse arrangement of properties and local parks. On the west side of Lansdowne, there are several waterfront properties that back onto the Grand River, SC Johnson Trail and nearby Wilkes Dam.
Residents of Lansdowne have access to the shops and restaurants in Holmedale as well as the extra options along nearby Brant Avenue to the east. Lansdowne Park, Lansdowne neighbourhood Rink and Preston Park are three community parks within the Lansdowne area. Lansdowne-Costain Public School serves as the local elementary school.
