Greenbrier is bound by Powerline Road to the north, the boundary with Brier Park at Memorial Drive to the east, Dunsdon Street to the south, and King George Road to the west. Greenbrier is less than 10 minutes north of the 403 and a great neighbourhood for commuters that rely on a quick drive to the highway. Greenbrier has a variety of property styles, from detached single-family homes, to bungalows, and apartment-style condos.
In addition to the key convenience of the 403, residents of Greenbrier also benefit from an excellent shopping center at the northern corner of King George Road: Brantford Commons. This shopping strip includes a Walmart Supercentre, other retail stores, and a Galaxy Cinemas. There are more grocery shopping and dining options further south along King George.
