The Grand Woodland area is an eastern subdivision of Brantford’s northern Fairview neighbourhood.

Grand Woodlands is located immediately west of the commercial area off of the Wayne Gretzky Parkway and east of Baxter Street. Additionally, this subdivision is south of Fairview Drive and immediately north of the 403. The area gets its name from the large central community park, Grand Woodlands Park which is off of Baxter Street. Properties in Grand Woodlands are mostly single-family houses, but there are some condo units located south of the Fairview Crossing mall in the east end of the subdivision.
Grand Woodlands is situated on the eastern side of Fairview. This means that residents are never too far away from some of the most important conveniences in Brantford. For one, the 403 is due south of the subdivision and accessible by the Wayne Gretzky Parkway to the east or King George Road to the west. Shopping is made convenient as well with the Fairview Crossing shopping centre along West Steet and Lynden Park Mall right across the parkway.
