Glenview is a subdivision of south-central Cambridge that is located near Churchill Park. It is sometimes considered to be a part of the larger Christopher-Champlain area.

Glenview Real Estate
The Glenview area is centered around Glenview Avenue which runs north of Churchill Park. Glenview roughly includes the residential area between Elgin Street in the east and the Grand River in the west. Generally, everything south of Concession Street is included in the Glenview subdivision. This residential area primarily features detached single-family homes. There are a lot of bungalows along Glenview Avenue and many of the connecting streets. Two-storey homes are a little rarer in the south end of the subdivision, but there are more further north.
Living in Glenview is perfect for families that want to be close to both an elementary school and a secondary school in the same board. In addition, the Glenview area is very green with several options for neighbourhood parks and trails. As for convenience, Glenview is just a few minutes southeast of the downtown Cambridge core.
