Gable Heights is sometimes referenced alongside Rosedale to determine its boundaries. The Gable Heights subdivision is in the northern half of Greenbrier and Brier Park, roughly located north of Dunsdon Street and south of Powerline Road. Gable Heights includes the areas as far east as the condominiums off of Park Road North. There are condo units, semi-detached, and detached properties available in Gable Heights with one and two-storey options.
Both Greenbrier and Brier Park are north-central neighbourhoods of Brantford located between the Wayne Gretzky Parkway in the east and King George Road in the west. Either road provides residents of the neighbourhoods with access to the 403. For residents of Gable Heights, there are plenty of neighbourhood parks and schools with the added convenience of commercial areas along King George Road and around the Lynden Park Mall.
