Fairview Brantford

Fairview is bordered by Dunsdon Street, Memorial Drive, and Fairview Drive to the north, the Wayne Gretzky Parkway to the east, the 403 to the south, and King George Road to the west. This northern neighbourhood is particularly sought-after by commuters wanting a quick drive onto the 403. Fairview ends up being great for families as well with its many schools, community centres, and parks. Like Greenbrier to the north, Fairview has a mix of detached single-family homes and apartment-style condo units for a range of price points.

Residents of Fairview can appreciate the convenience of King George Road to the west. It is lined with grocery shopping, takeout options, and other retail stores right next to the neighbourhood. On the east end, there is Lynden Park Mall and all of the additional shopping around it! There are several parks and schools in Fairview, but the standout attraction is the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre in the southwest corner.
