Empire South Brantford

Empire South is the area of the neighbourhood that is south of Shellard Lane and west of Conklin Road. The western side of the neighbourhood is loosely bound by some of the water flow from the D’Aubigny Creek Wetlands. This area is almost entirely residential with the exception of a few neighbourhood parks and nearby elementary schools. The residential area begins with Lambert Crescent and continues south until it meets the L.E. & N Trail. This area marks some of the newer development in Brantford with a mix of detached, semi-detached and row-style townhouses dispersed through the subdivision.

Empire South has a few parks and schools, but is otherwise mostly houses. Residents looking for shops, restaurants and other services can find them east of the Empire area along Shellard Lane.
