Eagle Place West Brantford

Eagle Place West includes the northwestern corner south of Icomm Drive, west of Clarence Street South and east of the Grand River. From there, it also includes everything between Erie Avenue and the Grand River. The Icomm area in the north is mostly commercial with the Elements Casino, Earl Haig Family Fun Park and a few restaurants and stores. The area south of Eagle Avenue has more residential properties, parks and schools. There are additional places for shopping and dining all along Erie Avenue.

Residents of Eagle Place West have easy access to parks and trails with Rivergreen Park and the southern section of the SC Johnson Trail and the Dike Trail to the south of the area.
