Eagle Place East is the eastern side of the larger Eagle Place neighbourhood. This area includes everything that falls east of Erie Avenue.

Eagle Place East Brantford
This side of Erie Avenue is bound by Clarence Street South and Greenwich Street to the north, the flow of the Grand River around the east and south of the neighbourhood and Erie Avenue to the west. This section of Eagle Place has a concentration of residential properties located between Erie Avenue and Mohawk Street. The easternmost section of the neighbourhood includes Brantford Hydro and is largely rural.
Residents of Eagle Place East enjoy access to community parks, services and nearby schools. There are plenty of fun shops and restaurants along Erie Avenue to service the community. The Icomm Market in the northwestern corner of Eagle Place serves as a central shopping area for the neighbourhood as well.
