Downtown Core Brantford

Downtown is usually bound by Grey Street to the north, Clarence Street to the East, Icomm Drive to the south and West Street to the west. The major streets in downtown Brantford are Market Street, Dalhousie Street and Colborne Street. Buildings in the downtown core are placed close together with many businesses having residence on floors above. Downtown Brantford has some multi-story apartment buildings as well as some condo options. The northern end of downtown has a few more older, detached residential properties.

Brantford’s City Hall and Court of Justice are both features of the downtown core. Visitors and residents to downtown can enjoy a stroll around Victoria Park, dine at one of the many delicious restaurants and cafés or appreciate the convenience of so many services in one concentrated area.
