City Core Real Estate
This historic area was built up around the Grand River and is popular for waterfront views and charming architecture. The neighbourhood is roughly bound by Park Hill Road East to the north, Wellington Street to the east, Concession Street and Cedar Street to the south and George Street North to the west. The Grand River runs through the centre of the neighbourhood with the popular Water Street running along the east side of the river. In addition to the older residential properties lining the Grand River, there are a few more single-family and condo-style buildings a bit further away from the river. Condos are available in both row-style and apartment-style while single-family homes are a bit rarer.
Cambridge’s city core is a hub of trendy restaurants, local businesses, popular city parks and other attractions.
