Cainsville is a small community on Brantford’s eastern border with Brant County. The community is located on Colborne Street East.

The boundaries of Cainsville are in both Brantford and Brant County. The major roads running through the community are Colborne Street East, Brant County Highway 18 and Brant County Highway 2. Brant County Highway 18 allows residents of Cainsville to connect with the 403 to the north. Brant County Highway continues east all the way into Hamilton. There are residential areas north of Colborne Street East and along Blossom Avenue to the south. Further east, there are more commercial and industrial areas along the County Highways before the scenery turns rural. The residential area north of Colborne Street is more of a subdivision while south along Blossom Avenue has more space between the properties.
Residents of Cainsville can visit the nearby stores, services and restaurants to the east or make the trip west into Brantford and enjoy the shopping and dining along Colborne Street.
