Brier Park Brantford 

Brier Park is bound by Powerline Road to the north, the Wayne Gretzky Parkway to the east, Fairview Drive to the south, and Memorial Drive to the West. The majority of the neighbourhood is made up of residential properties, but there are some stores and services located along the Wayne Gretzky Parkway. The parkway also provides convenient access to the 403 for residents of Brier Park. Many of Brier Park homes are single-family detached properties, but the east end sees more apartment buildings and apartment-style condo units.

This family-friendly neighbourhood has it all: shopping, quiet streets, huge parks, and plenty of nearby schools. For families living in Brier Park, much of the neighbourhood is accessible on foot and it takes less than 10 minutes to get onto the 403!
