Braneida Industrial Park is a commercial and industrial area that takes up a lot of east-central Brantford.

The area is roughly bound by Lynden Road in the north, Branford’s eastern boundary, Elgin Street in the south and the Wayne Gretzky Parkway to the west. The area is almost entirely industrial and manufacturing space. There are some gas stations and restaurants located along both the Wayne Gretzky Parkway and Garden Avenue. There are a few stores on the outside streets of the business park. Some maps consider the Lynden Park Mall to be part of Braneida Industrial Park, too. Major employers in the Braneida Industrial Park include Slacan Industries Inc., KeepRite and Hematite among many others. The 403 runs through the centre of the Industrial Park.
