Blossom Avenue runs north and south between Colborne Street East and Brant County Road 18. This area is largely rural with heavy forest behind the residential properties to the west and more forest and farmland to the east of the road. The Grand River also flows parallel to Blossom Avenue to the west. Houses along Blossom Avenue have beautiful, big lots and plenty of space for trees, hedges and elaborate gardens. This spacious area has a mix of bungalow and multi-story family homes located along the road. Due to tree coverage and the size of the lots, each property has a fair amount of privacy.
Blossom Avenue is a piece of seclusion at the edge of the Brantford boundary. Despite its distance from the core of the city, there are still some services and amenities located along Colborne Street East. There are some takeout restaurants and stores on the Cainsville end of the street and many more options as the road goes further into Brantford.
