Ava Road is a long road on Brantford’s west end. The western side of the road branches off into several residential streets.

The Road is located near the neighbourhoods of Holmedale/Lansdowne and Henderson on Brantford’s west side. It runs between Hardy Road in the north and eventually joins Brant Avenue in the south. The rail tracks and Paris Road are to the immediate east of Ava Road and the Grand River and the Brantford Golf and Country club are the significant landmarks to the west. The residential area can be found between Ava Road and the Grand River and SC Johnson Trail. Homes off of Ava Road are a little bit outside of the city, there are many trees around the large lots. Many of the homes feature expansive floor plans and benefit from the privacy of the nearby green space.
Residents who live near Ava Road enjoy living close to nature with the SC Johnson Trail and the Grand River essentially in their backyards. The nearby Brantford Golf and Country Club provides a different kind of green scenery for any golf-enthusiasts in the area. By connecting to Paris Road at the north end of Ava Road, residents have an easy way to access the 403, too.
